Project Overview
This project involved the integration and launch of the CIMM2 B2B
ecommerce platform with Epicor ERP to support complex B2B ordering
workflows.
Challenge
Legacy ecommerce processes were inefficient and error-prone:
- Manual order entry and reconciliation
- Disconnected ecommerce and ERP systems
- Slow order processing impacting customer experience
- Limited visibility into order and inventory data
Solution
I led the ecommerce and ERP integration effort:
- Integrated CIMM2 ecommerce with Epicor ERP
