Project Overview

This work included building customer-facing microsites and internal systems to support marketing, technology, and leadership reporting needs.

Challenge

Existing systems could not support evolving business needs:

  • No centralized employee status reporting system
  • Manual internal reporting processes
  • Marketing microsites lacked flexibility and scalability
  • Disconnected tools across teams

Solution

I led architecture and delivery of multiple custom solutions:

  • Built the TxMQ Disruptive Technologies Group microsite
  • Designed and developed an internal reporting system using Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
  • Created scalable front-end architectures using Angular and Material
  • Coordinated development, testing, and deployment

Key Learnings

Custom platforms should solve operational problems first. Technical elegance matters only if it enables better workflows.
